A Message To Our Patients

For more information on MyChart, including how to set up and account and prepare for a TeleHealth appointment, please select from one of the available options on this page.

Note: A staff member will reach out to you before your scheduled appointment to confirm you are ready, and work with you if you have encountered any difficulties.

Arrive for your Visit

A TeleHealth appointment can be conducted from either a smart phone (iPhone, Android) or a computer (if it has a camera and microphone).

Smartphone (iPhone, Android)

When it is time for the visit, open the MyChart app, and return to the Appointments section.

Next, click on the upcoming appointment. It will have your provider listed, as well as a note that it is a Telemedicine Visit, and have a green camera icon. Click on eCheck-in underneat the visit information.

On the next screen, click "Begin Visit" in green at the bottom.

A website will open, where you will be connected with your provider.

Note: On your first visit, the MyChart app will prompt to allow camera and microphone permissions. Accept these requests.

Computer (w/ camera and microphone)

When it is time for the visit, return to the MyChart website and log in. Then hover over Appointments at the top, and click on Upcoming Appointments.

On the page listing your upcoming appointments, click Details on the appointment you are arriving to.

Now, click "Start JeffConnect Visit" in the green box.

A new window will pop up. Video software is required to be installed on the computer for the session to begin. The screenshot below is in Internet Explorer - hit Run at the bottom and the software will install for you to continue.

This process will be different on other browsers.

The screen will show that it is testing all your hardware to confirm it is ready for the visit.

Once all hardware is confirmed, you will see a screen similiar to the one below, with your camera in the lower-right. When your provider arrives, they will be in the center of the screen.

You will now be connected with your provider.
