A Message To Our Patients


For more information on MyChart, including how to set up and account and prepare for a TeleHealth appointment, please select from one of the available options on this page.

Note: A staff member will reach out to you before your scheduled appointment to confirm you are ready, and work with you if you have encountered any difficulties.

Prepare for your Visit

A TeleHealth appointment can be conducted from either a smart phone (iPhone, Android) or a computer (if it has a camera and microphone).

 
Smartphone (iPhone, Android)



Before each visit you will need to complete eCheck-in. To do so, open the MyChart app and click on Appointments.


Next, click on the upcoming appointment. It will have your provider listed, as well as a note that it is a Telemedicine Visit, and have a green camera icon. Click on eCheck-in underneat the visit information.


You will now go through a series of questions. On many of the pages you can add or remove information (allergies, current medications, health issues).


At the bottom of each page it will say "This information is correct" in light blue. If the information is correct, click on that. It will then turn to "Next" in dark blue. Click on Next to continue.



Once you have finished eCheck-in, you are complete until it is time for the visit.

You are now ready to proceed to Arrive for your visit.
   
Computer (w/ camera and microphone)



Before each visit you will need to complete eCheck-in. To do so, return to the MyChart website and log in. Then hover over Appointments at the top, and click on Upcoming Appointments.


On the page listing your upcoming appointments, click the dark blue "eCheck-in" box on the appointment you are checking in for.


You will now go through a series of questions. On many of the pages you can add or remove information (allergies, current medications, health issues).


At the bottom of each page it will say "This information is correct". If the information is correct, click the check box. It will then turn to "Next" in dark blue. Click on Next to continue.


Once you have finished eCheck-in, you are complete until it is time for the visit.
